Avoid installing Pods for macOS Catalyst

Put following lines of code at the end of Podfile

    if target.name == "Pods-YOUR_PROJECT_NAME_HERE" # <---- 1. Please make sure you replace this with your project name.

        # 2. Make sure you list all frameworks which you don't want to add as part of macOS Catalyst
        # below are example frameworks which I've avoided for macOS app

        xcconfig.sub!('-framework "AppCenter"', '')
        xcconfig.sub!('-framework "AppCenterCrashes"', '')

        # 3. make sure you add those back for iOS App
